I do have a 2 inch lift on it and the rear shock bushings are pretty much worn out.I have no info about the name of the shocks nor do I know the size.Do the bushings have to be very specific or can they be of any size? I noticed that some look different from others,so does it matter? Can I just cut them to size or not? Also,what size are they normally on a 1990 Jeep Cherokee?
My mechanic said i needed a new computer but he said that there is a chip in the key that needs to match the computer or it wont run for more than a few seconds. Is this true? Or is he full of it? This will make it hard to get from a junkyard the key and the computer. Im not paying 800 for one from the dealer.
I bought some new dome lights from autozone for my jeep grand cherokee. I wanted blue. So i bought the ones that say “7 color” since they were out of the actual blue ones. i plug these lights in and they are red. Does anyone have any idea how you change the color? Here is the link to them, it even says “Color: 7 color.”

I go to a 4 day music festival every July and sleep in my 2001 Jeep Cherokee. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy something to cover the back 2 side windows and the window on the back hatch. I need something to keep the sun out in the early morning so I can sleep and keep it from getting too hot. I don’t care about the side door windows. I went to wal-mart and all they had was Tint Film, which I don’t want. I just want something temporary. Any ideas?!
