Sorry to wonder, but i thought all the new F150′s had the 6 CD changer built into the factory radio, not a seperate CD changer…

FORD fiured out the problem and circled it…
If you take 1 stick of dynamite, or 8oz of C4 and 1 blasting cap,
apply to front of CD player with duct tape…get back about 100 yards and set it off, you’ll have the radio out.
OR you could pull the trim off (it snaps in with pressure clips) then remove the screws and wires, you’ll get it out too.

Im looking for it too. I found this site if you want to pay the 4.00 for it. http://www.carstereoremoval.com/htm/stereoremovalFordF15004_05P.htm

Ive installed many radios and i just bought a brand new f150 so i didnt want to dmg anything but basically ford has designed this just like my old mustangs radio. you have to carefully pry the face that surrounds your radio climate control, cigarrete lighter, etc. just follow the line. Ford uses there standard snap in technique as always to hold it in. My suggestions is to find a WIDE skinny tool to pry. A flat head screw driver will work but if you put to much pressure on an edge you might damage the face. Just basically work around the face, im going to wrap my tool in a cloth for less scratches and work gentle around the face. I dont know how many snaps there are but by basically looking at it i can honestly say its 4-6 snaps. Once you get one snap to “pop” youll be able to tell where the next snaps are by seeing where the line of the face plate is still flush to the console. Focus your tool at these spots and gentle work around till the whole console comes out. Carefully remove the face and look for any wires that are snapped into it (cig wire, climate control wires). Once you are free and clear and able to move the face, check the snaps to make sure none of them dropped down or off there locations for the reinstall. After this is done the rest is basic knowledge, well to me. There will be at least 4 bolts holding in the radio. Remove these and remove the radio. Same as the face plate remove the wiring harness from the back of the radio. Now your ready to install your new radio. Im currently bidding on EBAY for the 6 disc cd changer with mp3 player. I havent started my process but i hopefully ill hit on a bid soon so i can install my radio. Let me know if you have anymore questions. I know all about Radio Installations.
