What might be problem with 2005 Ford F150 4×4 truck if no power when in gear?

When in Drive or Reverse, the engine revs when giving it gas, no movement of truck. thanks.

    something is wrong with the transmission or the transfer case is stuck in neutral. See a mechanic.
