Are newer Ford pick up trucks fuel injected, and do they still have distributors?

Such as the Ford Ranger/ F150?

    Distributors we’re replaced by electronic control systems called an ignition module.

    basically all vehicles sinse the 80s are some type of fuel injection

    well, your question is confusing. First, they are all DIS ( distributorless now) and fuel injected. You could have fuel injection AND distributors. They are not related to each other. My 1992 thunderbird 5.0L had fuel injection and a distributor.
