The previous 2 posters quoted the MSRP for a 5.4 L V-8 and 6 speed transmission. The 6.4 L. Diesel is a $7K option.
With a diesel and 6 speed, assuming that such a combo exists, Edmunds.com suggest a True Market Value Price of $25,978 after a $4K rebate has been applied. What that means is that if a Ford dealer is desperate enough to move one of these trucks off the lot, $25K out the door ought to do the trick.
