My AC works only on hi. the three other levels don’t work. Any ideas on how to repair it?

I would suggest replacing the blower motor resistor. You unplug it, un bolt it, and install a new one.
I sounds as though the blower motor resistor is bad… but it could also have a blower control switch with a problem, I would suggest trying a resistor first because that is the most common problem with the symptoms that you gave.
