95 Ford F350 we thought it was a bad fuel pump but we ran power straight to it under the truck and it works?

Changed relay it wasn’t it either. It doesn’t seem like it’s getting enough power to start. What could it be..

    Check your inertia switch and check the ground on the pump.

    There is another fuel pump in the tank.
