It puttered on me on the highway, and tugged a bit. Then When I got to the streets, it just died. Now all it does is click when I try to start it up. Can anybody tell me what the hell is going on? Or if they have had these kinds of problems with ford truck? If so, how can I fix it?

It just clicks? Sounds like you might have a bad ignition switch. I had a clicking situation with my chevy, and it turned out to be the ignition switch. Also, it could be the starter. Not completely sure though
