For labor, find out the going flat rate in your area – around here in New England if varies from $90 to $120 depending on the shop.

Parts – if the shop is supplying them, expect to spend $300 on a radiator, plus another $75 – $100 in misc parts (hoses, clamps, antifreeze).

If you want to supply the parts, expect either the labor rate will go up, or they won’t go for flat rate, they’ll want actual time.

here in chicago 60-70 bucks however most places dont do full alignment. They only do a toe in. If your XJ has adjustable control arms (because of the lift) you might be able to do a caster alignment however i’m pretty sure unless you ask them to they will not do it.

Here in S. GA is runs about $65 to align the front and rear. It may be different in your neck of the woods.

best to be stopped when shifting into When you shift into 4wd you are using vacum to pull a donut like ring over two axles causing them to be one there are splines on the axle and Ring that need to line up. You may get away with driving and shifting into 4wd for awhile but it will cause damage that will tear up your axles and your ring
